~Sunday~ I abandoned one movie and saw two this weekend—two on DVD and the other one at the $2.00 movie.
This is the one I abandoned, and it served me right, as the only reason I showed the slightest interest in it was because it had three hot men starring in it:
Turns out that after about ten minutes, I just couldn’t take yet one more joke about, or reference to, the “ass map.”
I replaced it with this one:
I really enjoyed this film, in spite of its Hollywood (gag me) ending.
And finally, I saw this one at the theater. Interestingly, I struggled with this movie in the same way that I recently struggled with the book The Art of Racing in the Rain. Something about facing mortality.
With that said, I loved both that book and this movie.
