~Wednesday~ It frightens me to remember how much I ate all morning and afternoon at work when I wasn’t journaling my food intake.
I mean look how much I’m eating as I do journal my intake!
With that said, I love it when my day is only partially over and I’ve met my target of at least five fruits and/or vegetables for the day.
Here’s today’s journal, which without dinner already includes: a plum, a banana, grapes, carrots, and some cantaloupe. With dinner tonight, I’ll have cucumbers, and I hope to cut up a watermelon some time this evening, which I’ll undoubtedly have some of before I hit the sack after dancing this evening.
