“In Cahoots,” again…

Busy day at work. Lunch with Casey, Sam, Sue, John, and Lavoy. The group went to Baja Fresh for lunch today. We sat outside, and needed to be under a table with an umbrella because it was so hot. Today’s attendees: Sam, Casey, John, Lavoy, Sue, and me. On the way out to lunch, I asked Casey if he’d be interested in going to the Crazy Horse tomorrow night to line dance and two-step. When I asked him, I added, “You’ll have to dance with girls!” He made an interesting comment back about “usually following” while dancing. Hmmmmm. He said he might very well go.

I left work at 6:30. There’s still no definite decision about me staying an extra week. Kim did ask me to go ahead and change my Friday flight to Saturday to have all Friday afternoon to work. I haven’t done it yet. I’m going to wait until the end of the day tomorrow to see if the final decision comes down, so as to make only one change to the ticket.

Robert and I had an AIM discussion about some of the weekend’s activities. It was a difficult exchange.

I went to the (straight) bar, “In Cahoots” again. I got there a little after 7:30, and they were actually teaching a dance. Their ads don’t say anything about lessons. It was a very complicated couples dance, however.

I only danced a few line dances tonight. Again, the number of dances I don’t know continues to amaze me.

A lot of time tonight I felt like I was living in the negative of a photo.
