Work was good today. The TIGR meeting was interesting with a demo of two tools to help us track non-Global Campus education. Jason organized it. I like him.
I made a couple of editorial corrections to the new series of Will & Ned posters, and sent them to Jacci to champion for a US HR review for me. Richard B. is doing the same with IBM Canada HR.
I met Arthur at Two Guys, and we had a nice dinner. I had (ate half of) a delicious chicken, portobello mushroom, and cheese calzone. Yum. I had a root beer float for dessert. It’s been a long time since I’ve had one of those. We went to Cup-a-Joe’s on Hillsborough St. afterward.
Arthur’s an interesting person. He just bought his first house. He works two jobs, one from 11pm-7am and another from 1-5 in the afternoons. Plus is the Helpline Director for TCW.
I was expecting Courtney at around 8:30, but she ended up arriving closer to 9:30, 9:45. I started putting together my new patio bar set while I waited for her.
We had nachos when she arrived, and two white chocolate macadamia nut cookies with a few butterscotch chips poked into them when they were half way cooked. Yum.
I did a couple of crossword puzzles before lights out.
