The “model” dieter…

I am down to my last few food items, as my new order will arrive early this week. According to the UPS tracking website, my month’s worth of food weighs 29 pounds, is currently in Philadelphia, and is scheduled to be delivered on Tuesday.

This cracks me up. The Nutrisystem website has a feature called My Virtual Model(TM), with which you describe the various attributes of your body type and shape. It then “morphs” as you lose your weight. I would have liked to have had an option to add some body hair. And where’s the option that says, “Start me off with a big ole potbelly instead of this ‘thickness-all-over’ distribution!” This is what mine looks like so far.

I spent an hour or so this morning creating my blog entry about the Six Degrees of Separation and the Cliques programs in LiveJournal.

I went to Carmichael, and did “double duty” on the Elliptical Crosstrainer, doing 60 minutes instead of my usual 30 minutes. I burned off 815 calories. Who’s counting?

I got to Flex at 8. Brian arrived at 9. A fun time was had by all.
