Robert and I met at Applebees at around 6:30. I had a Chocolate Martini for a cocktail, and Robert had a Cosmo. We shared their appetizer sampler, and I had their Chicken Oriental Wrap. Yum.
We watched Margaret Cho’s Cho Revolution. OMG. We were howling. And Robert had already seen it once. This is the first of any of her work that I’ve seen. She makes some absolutely incredible faces, especially the one when telling the story about the Asian Salad served to her on the airplane. “This is not the salad of my people…” OMG. TOO FUNNY.
We worked on an Independent crossword puzzle, which was challenging, but not impossible. Just how we like them.
