My first A+…

To further ponder life’s questions…

Last night I put on a Band-Aid, and I thought, “What an arrogant white man’s binding.” It matches my Caucasian skin color so nicely.

Then I thought, “Are there other diversity constituency accommodating Band-Aids?” Even the “clear” Band-Aids have that nice Caucasian pad on them. I repeat, “Hmmmmm.”

The results are in! Well, one of them, anyway. I got my first A+ in the program. Yippee!

Robert was an absolute dear today, replacing all of the miniblinds in my house — including shopping for them, taking down the old ones, and hanging up the new ones. THANK YOU. This is another one of those things I’ve been wanting to do since I moved back into my townhouse in March of 2002. Check!

We had leftover Sesame Chicken and rice, a killer salad, and a half of a CPK Thai Chicken pizza for dinner. Good stuff.

We took an hour nap before dancing.

Dancing was just okay tonight. It wasn’t very crowded, though we had a good number of dancers there. Steven made a “guest appearance,” after a 4-month long absence.

We left at about 11:30, and managed to avoid eating once we were home. Must have been the cheese ball buffet, along with the pretzel-M&M-chocolate-covered-peanut-pecan mixture we ate all night.
