I’ve seen this before, but it was brought to my attention again today. Made me laugh again. Funny Photocopier Commercial
I had a breakfast meeting with Mary and Suzanne, and we talked about our investments. Mary asked me how my “Sin Fund” was doing, and I said, “Good question. I’ll have to ask Nathan about it.” Nathan called it the “Sin Fund,” though it’s real name is the AIM Leisure fund. It’s a mutual fund whose major holdings are the “sinful” things that people keep doing anyway — even when the economy is down — because they DESERVE IT and want to TREAT THEMSELVES.

I received this meeting invitation at work today:
Join Kevin for His Farewell Tour
Before Kevin departs to Hong Kong and Singapore for 2.5 weeks, please join him in his farewell tour of Helios and Flex. Coffee at Helios from 8:15 until 9:15-ish followed by Raleigh’s finest karaoke at Flex, 9:15-ish until whenever. In honor of this being his farewell tour, Kevin suggests that all parties be prepared to dazzle the fine Flex crowds with a karaoke number of your choosing. And don’t worry, though this is a farewell tour … like Cher … Kevin will be back!
We did, indeed, meet at Helios for some java at close to 8:30. After a while David joined us. We talked a lot of junk (especially the TV shows part), and then got distracted by the Matt Damon or Hilary Swank lookalike depending how you looked at him.
We headed over to Flex at just after 10:00. Dougie arrived at about 10:30, and Joe just after that. The drinks just kept on flowing.
Near the end of the night, I found myself on stage, in a quartet, belting out Lean On Me.
