A step closer to an iPod, a tedious phone call, and a digiteria…

And the beat goes on. My voucher has been received, and the shipping process has begun.

I attended a 21 CFR Part 11 audit all day today by phone, and e-meeting. It went from 9AM until 5PM. Tedious.

I used the Lotus Notes “To Do” function for the first time today, and created myself a list of items. Hopefully, this will keep me focused, and improve my productivity. I am really motivated by checking things off on a To Do list.

I cleared off the many piles of papers on my desk, which helped me in creating the To Do list.

I met Joe at Cup-A-Joe at Mission Valley at 9:30. I noticed tonight, by the sign on the building, that Cup-A-Joe is not just a coffeshop. It is a “Coffeeshop, Digiteria, and Sandwich Shop.”

A digiteria? I assume this is a sniglet between the words digital and cafeteria.

I don’t know about all that. What I do know is that Joe and I noticed that, for the last few times we’ve had coffee there now, we haven’t really been very crazy about the taste of the coffees. And since we’re not digiteriaing or sandwiching there, we’re going to rethink future visits.

I am not going to beat that dead horse again about the singers at Tuesday Night Flex Karaoke. Let’s just say that the performances had one additional quality this evening: they were excruciatingly loud.

Joe and I played several games of pool. I was on tonight.

We stopped for some “Dawn’s early light” on the way home. While eating, I spilled a cup of water all over Joe. We got to laughing so hard at one point that my sides were aching.
