A hot call, a Teriyaki Pepper Jack burger, more Geisha, and a ghost of a dance…

I hate it when this happens. Don’t let it happen to you. Pay attention to what you’re doing!

I got a lot of stuff straightened out around the house today. It’s about damn time.

I read another 50 pages or so of Memoirs of a Geisha. I am thoroughly enjoying this re-read.

I made a killer Teriyaki & Pepper Jack Turkey Burger for dinner tonight, which I enjoyed with a half of a baked potato, and some cucumber slices.

Dancing was alright tonight. A.J. was out, who I haven’t seen in forever. He looked good. I’m not sure what his health issues are, but I know he has some.

There was a “straight” guy there, who couldn’t take his eyes off Carl, presumably for his dancing. I stood next to him during one dance, and he kept ejaculating comments like, “Damn, look at the rhythm they have,” as he watched the dancers. Yeah, that would be one of the girly things about gay men that straight men detest so much.

On his (the straight boy’s) behalf, Carl taught the easiest dance of all for tonight’s lesson, The Canadian Stomp, which I have to give him credit — straight boy tried to learn. Let’s just leave it at, “Bless his heart.”

Late in the evening, when only Geromy was left, Van played “You Look So Good in Love,” by George Strait, for me, and I waltzed by myself thinking of Robert. Awwwww.
