A Spring day in January, a walk around the lake, and dancing…

Robert and I had a nice walk around the lake today—it was in the low 60s. On the way home from the lake, we stopped at Quiznos for lunch.

I finally finished my edit of Shruti’s User Guide, and I feel both accomplished and glad to be done with it.

Robert and I worked on a crossword puzzle, and then we napped for a couple of hours.

Dancing was fun tonight. Loved my waltz with Robert, as always, and the other fun “something different” for the night was two-stepping with Rick, while Carl did with Michael, to Dolly Parton’s A Lil’ Ole Bitty Pissant Country Place, which just gets ridiculously faster and faster in the middle. We were a couple of whirling cyclones on the dance floor for a while.

We stayed just a little while after dancing ended, as it was a “porn star night,” which is never anything but totally lame. Tonight was no exception.
