TWoP, relative planet sizes, S-L Poster Celebration prep, stumbling, and a cheap drink or two…

I don’t watch television myself, but if I did, I think I would find this website interesting: Television Without Pity. I heard an interview with a former writer for this web site in a slate.com podcast today.

Most of us have an idea of the relative size of the planets and sun, but it’s rather dazzling to see it presented this way.

I worked at Service-Learning today from a little after 10:00 until as much after 4:00.

I had some leftover Curry Shrimp today. Yummy again.

I made some ham salad to make finger sandwiches tomorrow to take to the next round of defenses tomorrow night.

I met Joe at Helios, where after catching up, I played on StumbleUpon it for a while, and he read his “homework” assignment for his new job.

I stopped by Flex for a couple of drinks afterwards, and there were more people in there than there normally is for a Monday night. There were at least five women in there, though, which is highly unusual.

I had a fun chat with Randy (of Randy and ex-Emilio) for a while. He has a new job with the State, and that was a large part of the conversation.

I wasn’t out very late, and I stopped by the Harris Teeter at Cameron Village on the way home to pick up some small rolls and some pimento cheese to make little sandwiches, along with the ham salad, for tomorrow night.
