| Kevin (av8rdude) and I met at the gym at 7:30 today, as he left the country for three weeks this afternoon and needed to get his workout in early.
The only thing worse to me than working out that early in the morning, is working out that early in the morning when it’s not “Free Bagel Tuesday” at the gym! Kevin wasn’t into it this morning either, as he had pulled an all-nighter so had had zero sleep before going to the gym this morning. After our 45 minutes of strength training (upper body for me), we blew off cardio, and went to Bruegger’s for a bagel and coffee instead. |

I worked from home this morning, and participated in a two-hour conference call from 11:00–1:00. That’s just too long to be on the phone. Of course, I hate being on the phone for more than two minutes.
I assure you I’m not going to become a meme whore. This one engaged me, because I find it fascinating that all of the men in my family (me, my brother, and my dad) have nice handwriting (and I’m the only one who’s gay, so you can’t blame it on that).

I dropped off Kevin at the airport for his trip to Europe, and later in the day went for a two-hour walk with @justis.

At just before midnight, I lay on the couch with a crossword puzzle, and worked on it for ten minutes before waking up at 2AM with it laying on my chest.
