~Tuesday~ Two-and-a-half months ago, I bought tickets to the October 8, 2011 Adele concert at the Durham Performing Arts Center in a frantic twenty or thirty minutes at her UK website and on and off the phone with the fraud department of both my credit card and my debit card.
I was so looking forward to this concert—finally having decent seats (11th row) for a concert, and in such an intimate venue to boot.
Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed to hear Adele’s announcement today that she has had to cancel her North American tour due to recurring problems with her vocal chords. Now the fun begins in getting a refund.
