Making those credit card charges the other day did the trick! Today I received this news:
As soon as I have my 
in my hand, I will cancel those five credit cards.
I finished up that damn blog article I’ve been working on for the next STC Newsletter, and sent it to Heather. I’m not overly satisfied with it, and hope she’ll do some editing to gussy it up. I’m glad to be done with it.
I numbered and labeled the 81 Alaska photos Vivian took with her friend’s camera, and then merged them into the 180 or so that I took with Robert’s camera. This was tedious.
I spent about 1.5 hours trying to burn a CD of these pics, and wasn’t happy with the final result. However, I learned a lot doing it.
I will buy some read/write CDs tomorrow, and do a better one for her. I’m glad this will be done by Monday. I’ve been putting it off way too long.
I finished this chore at about 1:00 in the morning, and decided to watch my $.49 cent DVD of Fargo. OMG, what a (dark) hoot!
Movie Synopsis: Jerry Lundegaard is in a financial jam and, out of desperation, comes up with a plan to hire someone to kidnap his wife and demand ransom from her wealthy father, to be secretly split between Jerry and the perpetrators. Jerry, who is not the most astute of individuals, hires a couple of real losers from the frozen northern reaches of Fargo, North Dakota for the job. Then things begin to slip from bad to worse as Jerry helplessly watches on.
Jerry hires two men to kidnap his wife so he can get his rich father in law to pay the ransom of $1,000,000. Once the ransom is paid the kidnappers will get $40,000 and Jerry gets the rest. That’s the plan, but what happens is something totally different. Blood is shed when a cop and two innocent people are killed. Marge Gunderson is the Chief who investigates the murders. While Marge investigates, Jerry gets involved in deeper problems, ranging from financial troubles, to threats from the kidnappers.
I loved this movie. The accents were hilarious.
