We got up at 7:30, and had breakfast. Robert came to our training ride, which was out in Henderson and Oxford. He drove “the sweep vehicle” for us.

I met Joe in North Raleigh for a 23-mile bike ride that turned out to be 31 miles!

I had a hectic work day today, but unfortunately didn’t get much writing done.
