I started off the day at the doctor’s office, and then “called in sick.” I stopped by the pharmacy on the way home, and then went home and slept for 2.5 hours.
Spring Break is over, and it’s back to class tonight. I read for a couple of hours, and wrote up an “example” for tonight’s class. I started on Wednesday night’s reading. I haven’t done a thing for Dr. Brad’s class on Thursday, and to be perfectly honest, am still quite unclear on what’s due. Oh well. I’ll deal with that on Tuesday night.
Class was good. Not many people had examples tonight, so I was glad to have had one. I brought in two issues of “The Week” magazine and talked about the “text fields” on the cover. I guess most people didn’t bother doing examples, spending all of their time doing our paper that was due tonight. To that end, class ended at 8:30, 20 minutes early, and we turned in our papers on the way out.
Our papers are to be turned in, two copies, paper-clipped together, and in a manila folder. Lars handed his to the professor, and it was in a three-ring white binder! Meagan said, “Let’s all get Lars out in the hall and beat him up!”
After class, at home, I had the best salad in the whole wide world. I added some chicken, which I shook up in some Teriyaki sauce and heated in the microwave, to my usual salad, and it was just totally, totally awesome. I wish I had the ambition to prepare food ahead of time all the time instead of just when I’m dieting. Oh well. I ended the day one point under, so life is good.
