… sleep. At about 4:30 today at work, I started feeling like I was coming down with something. I left work at about 6:30, had dinner, and took Nyquil and two Ibuprofen, and was in the bed by 8:00.

Got up early today, and headed out to Louisburg for today’s training ride.
It was an early morning, but a nice ride out north of Falls of the Neuse dam for our training ride. I’d never been out that way before.

An uneventful day at work and at home. Saw Trembling Before G-d at UNC. Went to the grocery store, started reading Martin & John.
