We got up at around 10. I had toast and a hard-boiled egg for breakfast. Robert scrambled himself some eggs. We talked about going for a walk around Lake Johnson at noon, but it never happened.
Robert cleaned my house — what a doll — and I got caught up on my journal and my finances (Quicken downloads) for the month of March.
Robert left at about 2:00. I met Steven at Carmichael at 3, and we worked out. I did the elliptical machine downstairs, and he did the one upstairs. There was a parade of hot guys to and from the water fountain during my workout. Nice incentive.
Our walk flew by, which is always delightful to me. I rambled on a lot about my diversity survey, but Steven was a gracious listener.
I created my grocery shopping list to make two recipes out of the WW cookbook I have. One’s a Feta Cheese Chicken dish, and the other is a Turkey-Parmesan Meatloaf. I plan to make the chicken dish on Tuesday night, and the meatloaf on Wednesday.
I left the house at about 7, and stopped by K-Mart on the way to Flex, as Joe wasn’t going to get there until 8:00. I looked up and down and up and down the aisles, and asked two store clerks where I could find a styptic pencil. None to be found. I got some floss, and a travel size bottle of Listerine, just to have that little bottle for traveling.
I got to Flex at about 7:40, and the place was dead. Joe didn’t get there until 8:30, and I didn’t have a drink until he arrived. The pool tables were full the entire time.
Joe and I caught up, and after a while Lauren appeared, and he hung out with us most of the night. I drank too much, and stayed too late.
